Premium Wedding Photography Package

For 2009/2010 Weddings

My premium service provides the maximum photographic coverage of your event, allowing me to capture the subtle details and hidden beauty of your special day. As part of the package you will receive the highest level of service, discreet and professional photography, and beautifully polished images in print or online for you to share with your family and friends.

Premium Wedding Package

For ease and peace of mind, the Premium Package includes everything you need to make the most of your photographic memories:

  • Consultation with the Bride/Groom prior to the event, to ensure your wishes are catered for
  • Coverage at the Bride’s home, including:
    • Reportage ‘getting ready’ shots
    • Close-up detail shots of the dress, bouquet, etc
    • Family formal groups if requested
  • Pre-ceremony photography at the venue, including:
    • Informal shots of the guests arriving at the Church or Venue
    • Arrival of the Groom and his ‘men’
    • Arrival of the Bride
  • Coverage of the Ceremony in a discreet reportage style, including:
    • The procession up the aisle and Bride’s entrance
    • The Ceremony itself and the signing of the Registers
    • The Bride and Groom walking down the aisle
  • Following the Ceremony, the coverage can be tailored to your needs, but generally includes:
    • Candid, intimate photos of the Bride & Groom on their own (subject to your requirements and timescales)
    • Any formal family group photos that you might want, following the above (note: I can povide a suggested list of shots for you)
    • Informal shots of all your guests and friends mingling, chatting and enjoying themselves
  • Wedding Party/Reception coverage will be carried out according to your desires, and can include:
    • Group photograph of the whole of the Wedding Party from a high viewpoint, just before you all come in for the Wedding Breakfast (venue permitting)
    • Cutting of the cake (note: this will be a 'mock' cake-cutting, to allow for ideal viewpoint)
    • Photograph of each each table at the Wedding Party, so you will have a photo of everyone there
  • After the wedding, you will receive photographic prints and/or website, incuding:
    • Photographic Print Package of 50 units, made up of the photo sizes and treatments you choose, and
    • At least 300 mini print proofs for you to keep & use for selecting your desired final prints, or
    • Wedding on the Web - at least 300 images online in a special web gallery for you and all your relatives and friends to view

Add-ons

CD or DVD with all final edited images, including full copyright release: £150 if pre-ordered; £175 after the wedding

Wedding on the Web online gallery: £75

De-Luxe Proof Book: £75

What does 'edited images' mean?
I strive to provide you with the highest possible quality images, so all images provided on CD, DVD or as prints will have been color-corrected, optimised and retouched appropriately based on my 20+ years experience as a photographer. This photographic retouching is included as part of my service to you.

What photographic treatments/styles do you offer?
Any photo can be provided in full-colour, black & white, sepia, or to any colour tint required at no extra charge to you.

What is a 'unit' in your Photographic Print Packages?
To provide you with the image sizes you want, but still keep the pricing of the package simple, I offer a mix & match option on all photographic print packages:

1 unit = One 6"x9" print
1 unit = One 7"x5" print
1 unit = Two 4"x6" prints
3 units = One 8"x10" print
3 units = One A4 print
